Inspired by Morgan, the most amazing baker I know, here is my first adventure in bread making, in photos. This is the book she recommended and it’s great for novice bread bakers like me. Enjoy!
warm water with yeast + salt added
all purpose flour added to salt water yeast mixture
starting to mix it up with a wooden spoon
starting to take shape in the oven
hot boule fresh out of the oven to cool
so excited to enjoy my own fresh baked bread!

Isn’t that the best book ever?! Probably the most recommended cookbook out there. I still need to experiment with some of the more complex recipes. So easy….never pay $4 for a tiny baguette again (just go home and bake it yourself!).
